Dear Property Subdivision
Three years ago I decided to sub-divide my property. I took it upon myself to hire a draftsman to do the plans for me in which this project took him nine months to finally complete.
Upon receiving the plans I had no choice but to hand over a cheque for the amount of $6000.00, I explained to him how do I know the plans are good and if council will approve these he then said no cheque no plans.
The following Monday I drove to council and submitted my plans finally I thought I’m doing something for my future, I completed forms that were given to me that morning and was advised to also paid for the advertising when the time was ready. Later that week I received a call from Kingston Council asking where is the report that comes with the plans I said what report, feeling sick and angry I then contacted the draftsman who said he had told me he doesn’t do reports but he didn’t I asked for my money back as without the report the plans are useless, he got upset and abusive with me and hung up on me.
I then contacted an architect who was referred to me from a friend, he checked over the plans and unfortunately the plans were incomplete and would have been rejected by council. So now I was out of pocket of $6000.00 and swore I would go to VCAT about Brant Blake so he doesn’t do this to anyone again.
My daughter lives in Frankston and whilst stopping at a traffic light I noticed a billboard sign saying “Turn Your Dirt into Cash” I wrote down the number and next day contacted the company.

We are currently at the stage of waiting for application approval from
council and so far we have been very happy with Property Subdivision's
