Subdivision Approval (SA)

Subdivision Approval only (SA) - This states permission has been granted to subdivide the lot into 2 or more lots, however the Town Planning Permit (TPP) must still go through its process. You will eventually obtain a Town Planning Permit (TPP) but how and what council will approve is still uncertain and there may be objections from neighbours. Unfortunatly, what you thought may have been a 200m2 house, may now have to be smaller or on only one level. All this still leaves uncertainty and the price for land is not at its maximum. In cases where the lots will be less than 500m2 the council may require a Town Planning Permit (TPP) design and approval prior to approving the subdivision alone.
